    The LW36-126T high-voltage AC SF6 tank circuit breaker integrates the circuit breaker and current transformer, and the arc extinguishing chamber is installed horizontally in a grounded aluminum alloy shell. It is equipped with a CT26 spring operating mechanism. It has few parts, simple and compact layout, strong and durable overall, meets the oil-free requirements of the switch, has excellent mechanical properties and high reliability. The important parts are processed by CNC and machining center equipment, and the mechanical life can reach 10,000 times. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switch equipment. It can be used for the control and protection of 72.5 (126) KV power transmission and transformation systems; it can also be used for contact breaking and opening and closing capacitor banks.

Structural features

1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain column single-break structure. The three phases are equipped with a spring operating mechanism. They are arranged in the center and the three phases are linked, so the appearance is novel and exquisite. The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium. During operation, the three poles of the circuit breaker are connected with SF6 gas, and a pointer density relay is used to monitor its pressure and density. Due to the adoption of the self-energy arc extinguishing principle and the optimized design in the circuit breaker motion system, the mechanical efficiency is effectively improved and the operating work is minimized.

2. Excellent breaking performance and long electrical life.

3. The installation base frame and support are made of integrally bent steel plates. The surface treatment is all hot-dip galvanized. All exposed fasteners are made of high-strength materials and hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel standard parts. The outer shell of the mechanism box is made of stainless steel. The product has excellent corrosion resistance.

4. The machine has high reliability and can be operated frequently.

5. Due to the inherently high dielectric strength of sulfur hexafluoride gas and the circuit breaker using superior contact movement, the circuit breaker breaks capacitive current without reignition.

6. The external insulation level is high, the external insulation is designed with a large creepage distance, the specific creepage distance is >31mm/V, and it has excellent pollution resistance. It can also operate safely in harsh environments.

7. Strong current carrying capacity: The temperature rise test is performed at 1.2 times the rated current of 3150A, that is, 3780A, and there is still a large margin for temperature rise at each point.

8. The overall appearance and structure of the product are compact, easy to install and debug on site, and require little maintenance work.
