Structural features
1. The circuit breaker adopts the principle of rotating arc extinguishing, which uses the magnetic field force exerted by the arc current to cause the arc to rotate at high speed along a certain section. Since the mass of the arc is relatively light, during high-speed rotation, the arc is gradually lengthened and continuously exposed to fresh air. SF6 gas is extinguished when cooled. This structure circuit breaker has the advantages of strong arc extinguishing ability, long electrical life, no current blocking phenomenon when breaking small currents, and no operating overvoltage. At the same time, it requires low operating power and has high reliability.
2. The circuit breaker adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, which has the advantages of reliable action, long mechanical life, and simple control. The spring operating mechanism can store energy manually or electrically, close and open manually or electrically, and has a reclosing function.
3. The circuit breaker box material is welded from 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm. It has a fully airtight structure and a protection level of not less than IP67. There are easy-to-observe and obvious opening and closing position indicators and energy storage status indicators on the box. The indicator is reliably connected to the operating mechanism, and the indicating action is reliable. The box has a carrying handle to avoid pulling out the cable casing.
