On August 6, the chimney structure of the 2*1000MW coal-fired unit expansion project of Gansu Electric Power Investment Zhangye Power Plant constructed by China Energy Construction Group reached its top.
This project adopts high-parameter, high-efficiency primary reheat technology, and is equipped with advanced switch cabinets and isolation switch equipment. Through multi-stage flue gas waste heat utilization, the optimization of the configuration of two water supply pumps adapted to deep peak shaving, and the centralized water affairs center There are many technological optimization innovations such as land-saving layout. At the same time, efficient demand avoiders and vacuum circuit breakers are introduced to ensure the stability and safety of power grid operation. Drop-out fuses are also effectively configured to protect key equipment. The application of these technologies has effectively reduced coal consumption for power supply, increased the power consumption rate of the plant, and achieved ultra-low emissions. The economic and technical indicators of the unit will reach the domestic advanced level.
After the project is completed, it will become an important supporting power source for Gansu Province and the Hexi Corridor, meeting the power load growth needs of Gansu Province and being of great significance to promoting local economic development. At the same time, as a self-used peak-shaving power plant in Gansu Province, the project will also undertake the task of peak-shaving for new energy sources, and will further enhance the safety and stability of the Hexi power grid with the help of advanced transformers and other equipment.
