1. Confirm that the isolating switch is in the open state, and mark the operating position of the isolating switch to prevent someone from closing the isolating switch by mistake, and disconnect the operating power of the operating mechanism.
2. Confirm that the grounding blade on the side of the isolating switch close to the zinc oxide arrester is in the closed state.
3. Set up a fence around the zinc oxide arrester and mark the high voltage danger sign.
4. Take emergency precautions against induction electric shock, and hang up a temporary security grounding wire before dismantling the head.
5. When replacing the zinc oxide arrester, a crane is required, and the crane operator should have received training in corresponding electrical replacement work.
6. Operators on insulated lifts must fasten their safety belts before starting work, and ensure that the safety belts are hung in the correct place.
7. If a bamboo ladder needs to be used during work, two or more people are required to carry it, and more people must be protected when lifting it to prevent the bamboo ladder from falling down and hitting live parts or injuring people.
