When there is wind in the triangular arrangement of the falling fuse, the power outage operation should first open the downwind side phase falling fuse, then open the upwind side phase falling fuse, and finally open the middle phase falling fuse. When there is no wind in the triangular arrangement of the fall fuses, the power outage operation should first open the fall fuses on the left and right sides, and then open the middle phase fall fuse.
