Accurate operation of pulling and closing drop-out fuses

How to operate the drop-out fuse accurately?
1. Two people must be present when operating the drop-out fuse, one responsible for operation and the other responsible for monitoring. When operating, it is not necessary to wear insulating gloves that have passed the test, wear insulating shoes, wear goggles, and use a qualified insulating rod that matches the voltage level. It is forbidden to operate the drop-out fuse in thunderstorm weather.
2. When operating the switch, the conventional operation is to first disconnect the center phase, then pull the leeward side phase, and then disconnect the windward side phase. Why do we have to operate like this? This is because when the distribution transformer is switched from three phases to two phases, the arc spark of the center phase is small and will not cause a phase-to-phase short circuit. Then, when the leeward side phase is selected to be disconnected, since the center phase has been disconnected, the distance between the leeward side and the windward side phase increases. Even if there is an overvoltage, the probability of a phase-to-phase short circuit is very small. After disconnecting the windward side phase, only the capacitive current to the ground remains, and the spark generated by the disconnection is already very slight.
3. When closing the switch, the operation steps are opposite to those of the switch.
